1. I'm a coach and how do I Log In?
All Users are entered as follows: User Names are your first initial, capitalized and your last name, first letter capitalized.
Example: John Doe would have a User Name as JDoe. Passwords are input as your last name, all lower case. Example: John Doe would have a password of doe. On the home page of the site, be sure that Administration appears in the drop down menu, enter your User Name and Password and click the Log In Button. When you log in a new window will open with a white background and a menu across the top. You won't be able to access all the options but you can access the things you'll need.
2. How do I change my Password?
It is recommended that you change your password once you've logged in. On the menu, click Options, then click Edit Personal Data. From there you can just enter a new password in the Password and Confirm Password boxes.
3. How can I enter my personal Information?
On the menu, click Options, then click Edit Personal Data. From there you can enter a new password in the Password and Confirm Password boxes. Also please enter your personal information including your Coaching Certification Information and Number.
4. How do I enter games to my team's schedule?
After you are logged in, you can add games to your team's schedule by clicking Scheduling. Then click Add/Edit Game Schedule. When a new screen appears, fill in the proper information. For League: in the drop down menu, select your Level; Mite, Squirt, etc. For Home Team: If you are the home team, click the drop down menu and select your team. If you are the away team, type in the name of your opponent where it says "enter name". for Visiting Team: use the same operation. continue to fill in the game information inclucing coments if you want and then click the Add Game Button and your game is entered. You will see other teams' games and practices as well in the list below but when your team is clicked from the website, only your games and practices will appear on your schedule. Note: You can add game scores to each game only after the game has been posted.
5. How do I enter a practice schedule?
After you are logged in, you can add practicees to your team's schedule by clicking Scheduling. Then click Add/Edit Practice Schedule. When a new screen appears, fill in the proper information and then click the Add Practice Button and your practice is entered. You will see other teams' games and practices as well in the list below but when your team is clicked from the website, only your games and practices will appear on your schedule.
6. How do I Add or Edit Photos?
After you log in, click Photos. To add new photos click Add Photo. Enter an Album Name, ie. Squirt B1 or Lake Placid Photos, etc. Once you've created an album, click browse to upload your photo(s). To edit photos click Edit/View Photos. Select your album and add or delete photos. To rename or remove your album, click Edit/Remove. You can rename or remove your album.
7. How do I post news for my team to view?
After you log in, click News. Click Add News. On the next screen in the drop down menu for Category:, select your team. Enter the News Title and body and click Add News. To edit your news, click Photos, Edit News. Scroll down to your news item and double click to edit. After your changes, click Update News. IMPORTANT: This feature is for team comminucation ONLY.
